  • Medialink is used exclusively for professional talent representation, portfolio management, client communications, casting administration and booking management.

  • Information is only shared with authorised clients, casting professionals and industry partners where necessary for representation, casting and booking opportunities.

Where retention is no longer necessary, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
